Aims and Scope

Recent Advances in Remote Sensing (RARS) has its origins in the Recent Advances in Quantitative Remote Sensing (RAQRS) Symposium, which held its inaugural edition in 2002 in Torrent, Valencia, Spain. Over these 20 years, RAQRS has become a global benchmark in quantitative remote sensing. Led by Professor José Antonio Sobrino from the University of Valencia (Spain), founding president of RAQRS, RARS will emphasize recent advancements and applications of various techniques and research methods employed in quantitative remote sensing.
